Evaluare în vederea certificării şi certificare pentru:

Explosives certification service, auxiliary means, blasting techniques, pyrotechnic articles

It is notified at European level in June 2007, by the European Commission in Brussels with the identification number 1809 in the field of Directive 2014/28/EU – explosives for civil uses.

It is notified at European level since May 2015, by the European Commission in Brussels with the identification number 1809 in the field of Directive 2013/29/EU – on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles

It meets the requirements of SR EN 17065:2013 and is competent to carry out conformity assessment activities for explosives for civil use and pyrotechnic articles

RENAR recognition;

Explosives for civil use Certificate No.: ON 045 Date of issue: 22.04.2025 – Expiration date: 21.04.2028

Pyrotechnic articles No. certificate: ON 035 Date of issue: 02.05.2023 – Expiration date: 28.04.2027

The conformity assessment is accredited by RENAR for the field regulated by Directive 2014/28/EU transposed by Government Decision no. 197 of 23 March 2016.

The conformity assessment is accredited by RENAR for the field regulated by Directive 2013/29/EU transposed by Government Decision no. 1102/10 December 2014

The conformity assessment is carried out by testing according to the Harmonized Standards in the field of Directive 2014/28/EU and Directive 2013/29/EU

LEGISLATION:

Directive 2014/28/EU of 26 February 2014 on the conditions for the making available on the market and the control of explosives for civil uses;

Government Decision no. 197 of 23 March 2016 on establishing the conditions for the making available on the market and the control of explosives for civil uses;

Directive 2013/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 June 2013 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles;

Government Decision 1102 of 10 December 2014 – on establishing the conditions for the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles.

Conformity assessment of explosives manufactured in situ (at the place of use).

Conformity assessment of shooting techniques with ensuring seismic protection of targets in the surrounding area.

Conformity assessment of means of assistance in performing shooting work Law 126 of 27 December 1995 on the regime of explosives, with subsequent amendments and additions.

Technical Norms to Law 126/1995 on the possession, preparation, experimentation, destruction, transport, storage, handling and use of explosives used in any other specific operations in the activities of holders, as well as the authorization of firemen and pyrotechnicians, with subsequent amendments and additions Law 319 of 14 July 2006 on occupational safety and health.
